What is your Returns Policy?
Kindly note that we are unable to do refunds; however, we can do returns and replacements in case the parcel was damaged. That includes any leakage, breakages, or any sign that the parcel was tampered with.
You can send an email to hello@glamnbeauty.com with photos showing how the parcel was damaged, including all details. The package should be retained in its original condition until the issue is resolved.
We recommend that any complaint be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the shipment, as most beauty products require specific storage conditions. If the issue is reported after this period, the company reserves the right to refuse the return or replacement.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
